Log Files

CloudRay follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

How We Collect other Information Independently if you are using CloudRay site

This is done to tailor our services to your specific needs and troubleshoot any issues you might be experiencing with our website. We may also determine your computer’s geographical location to offer localized service or enhance the speed of our service by delivering localized content to your server.

Security - Security is a top priority for us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your Information from your Internet connection to our secure servers, as well as in handling the Information offline by limiting access to authorized personnel.
